Reach meeting early, get the "host / co-host" role in the Zoom.
Remind attendants to rename themselves. Do it on their behalf when needed.
Spotlight speakers and mute the participants, if necessary.
Share the Virtual Background when asked by attendant.
Send messages in Zoom Chat:
Share registration link before the meeting started and during break time, with following message:

Setup breakout room for workshop.
Broadcast alert to all the participants.
